Her interdisciplinary interest brought her to various collaboration e.g. with Das Archipel, Elise von Bernstorff, Boris Charmatz, Forced Entertainment, Hannah Georgi, Hannah Kowalski, Omer Krieger, Polyphrenic Creatures, Swoosh Lieu, Jonas Woltemate, and the Theater of Research Hamburg. She is a co-founder of “Probebühne im Gängeviertel“, a self-organized rehearsal studio in Hamburg and was part of TREFFEN TOTAL (K3 | Tanzplan Hamburg, 2016, 2018).

Greta published poetry and fiction in magazins, anthologies and radio programmes such as WDR, Jahrbuch der Lyrik, EDIT or STILL. For her written work she received a scholarship of the Film- und Medienstiftung NRW and of the City of Hamburg in France.

Currently she is part of Verena Brakonier's artistic research CLASS MATTERS (Fleetstreet & PACT Zollverein, 2021). In October 2021 Regina Rossi and Greta Granderath will premiere NERVEN at Kampnagel Hamburg - a choreography on affects, hysteria and gender. Moreover the chat format ISO 3200 on private photography will take place throughout 2021 in collaboration with LICHTHOF Theater Hamburg and PK300.
